Merkai Hair is located at the base of the Guardian Towers, at 1180 3 St. SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 1H6.

4 hour street parking surrounds the building, with free parking after 6PM, and on weekends. Underground parking in The Guardian is also available to visitors for a fee.

Refund Policy: Please understand that due to the nature of our personalized services, all payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Service Corrections: In the event of any dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to communicate this to me within a 10-day period following their appointment. Corrections will be reviewed and, if deemed appropriate, corrective services and/or remedial suggestions will be offered. Your satisfaction remains my top priority.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: I understand that schedule changes occur. However, I request at least a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Please note, cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will be automatically charged to your card on file.
